As I take a look backward for this year, I realize it has been a hard one for myself and most of my clients.
It seems we are pushing ourselves more, we are stressing ourselves out more and most importantly our Body and Mind is saying I cant keep up anymore. Depression and Anxiety was the most common issue for people who came to work with me - and scarily enough ALL ages, children as young as 8 and seniors well into their 70's came to find help with the increasing loss of wellbeing, with anxiety, fear and panic attacks, with not understanding how to deal with depression that has crept into them and refuses to leave and with being in a constant state of feeling a step behind where they think they should be....
