Dr. Dana Eisner is the Director of the Mind and Body Integrated Medicine Clinic. In 2004 she and her husband founded the M&B clinic in Southern Etobicoke with the purpose of integrating their work with other complementary practices.
She has been a physician since 1971, and for the last 25 years she’s been practicing on Lakeshore Blvd. West in Etobicoke. Dr. Eisner divides her practice between family medicine and psychotherapy. She finds that emotional and physical problems are often interconnected and she often treats her clients for physical and emotional problems at the same time.
By establishing the clinic, Dr. Eisner created an opportunity for herself to collaborate with complementary practitioners, and she finds that her patients experience deeper levels of healing as the result. Dr. Eisner recognizes that people need to be active participants in the healing process by learning more about it and learning to cooperate with health care providers.

After graduating from a masters program of chemical engineering in 1974, Michael Eisner collected practical experience as an assistant manager at a utility glass conglomerate in his native Czechoslovakia. In 1976 Michael worked on PhD studies at the Economic Institute of the Academy of Sciences in Prague and focused on the energy-environmental system and economics of the capital city.
In 1979 an opportunity lent itself and to immigrate with his wife Dr. Dana Eisner and his son Simon which eventually lead to their settling in Canada. After a short period as a research assistant at the University of Toronto in Chemical Engineering Michael became a specialist, and eventually a manager, of an Environmental Health and Safety unit at Ontario Hydro for a 10 year period.
In 1993 Michael founded and managed a wholesale business importing and distributing glassware from around the world. In 2001 he became aware that this line of work did not satisfy him because it left him feeling exhausted and unhappy with what he was doing. Michael then sold his business, and went to the school of Massage Therapy. During this period Dr. Dana Eisner and Michael considered their options and next steps for their future. All became clear after his graduation in 2004 when the Eisner's co-founded the Mind and Body Integrated Medicine Clinic in Etobicoke. Healing people became Michael's dream vocation.
