Our intention is to move through layers accepted as true in our consciousness, that are not serving us any more; to shed these old beliefs; to arrive at the moment, fresh and alive for new possibilities and a joyful creation of our own reality.

The Middle Path Mandala Workshop

Have you ever experienced peace of mind when you have dropped all judgment? Or do you recall a sense of joy in your heart when you have resisted the temptation to call a situation or a person bad? What is the Middle Path that Buddha talks about or the Narrow Path that Jesus refers to? In this workshop we will focus on specific situations in our lives where we will try exactly that - to walk the Middle Path, the Narrow Path".
