Kazcircle*Resiliency for Life* – This new class is a mix of therapeutic exercises, pilates and various styles of yoga. It’s aim is to build core strength and increase functional movement and mobility, enhancing any existing movement routine or just daily living.
> Some areas we will focus on are: balancing out the affects of our sitting culture, building the strength and mobility to hold ourselves up while standing and sitting, training a responsive pelvic floor, working on healthy functional feet and ankles, nurturing a strong and resilient core and much more.
> This class is open to all levels and can be adapted to those with limited weight baring issues

> *Familiar Yoga Class – *This class is a continuation of my previous yoga classes where we will nurture the mind body connection as we flow through traditional asanas (yoga postures) exploring the full body workout that an active yoga practise provides. Woven into this class will be targeted strengthening and mobility exercises, with a strong focus on the core, that will enhance your time on the mat and your daily lives. Ending with nurturing time to relax and let go, this class will leave you feeling strong, balanced and grounded.
> This class is suitable for returning students or students who have tried a bit of yoga before and can bare weight on their wrists (hands and knees).
